Social experiment
Daniel and I, instead of paying attention, have been conducting an experiment in Con Law. You see, our professor says "Bless you" almost every time someone sneezes, even if she's in mid-sentence. Polite? Yes. A pleasant courteous gesture? Sure. But NOT if you're the only person who sneezes without getting blessed. Stiffed! Jilted!
After my third sneeze (not all in one class) without a "bless you," we began to take notice. In fact, the next person who got blessed was a white male. Hmmm ... racism at work? Or sexism? All we needed was for Daniel, a non-white male, to fake a sneeze (a hearty "ACHOOO!" would surely have sufficed), but he got nervous at the last second and only managed to choke out a strangled cough.
There's a few classes left. We'll pay careful attention and come back with verdict. Racist? Sexist? Or, saddest of all, Audrey-ist?
This might be why I don't know anything about the Due Process Clause and the right to contract.

V. scientific. Tell Daniel not to chicken out, you know, for the sake of science.
I love it when jolly Due Process Claus climbs down the chimney and puts things in my stocking! Hooray for Claus! Oh, it's Clause? Ooops.
