The outrage!
My dad bought a box of 40 envelopes from Walgreens over the weekend. When he took them out of the box, he noticed that the pile was awfully thin, so he counted. There were 29 envelopes!! 29!! Not 40!
I kind of doubt this is an isolated event. And this is the type of thing that most people would never notice! So either they're cheating us, or their quality control is severely lacking.
Ooo ... John Stossel and I are gonna blow this thing wide open! Gimme a break!

Did you open all the envelopes to be sure that none were stuffed in other envelopes? Envelopes are tricky little office supplies.
