Newbie

A couple of weeks ago, two of the cases I'm working on were filing. While I was running around like a crazy person, I got an e-mail.

"Please make sure the Bates numbers are on the exhibits."
Okaaaay. There's really no time for me to try to figure this out on my own. I have no choice, so I reply stupidly: "What are Bates numbers?"
Minutes later, she rushes into my office to explain, but first says: "I love first years because of moments like this."

Haaaar. Sometimes I feel like I'm in kindergarten.

(It's weeks later and I'm STILL hearing about this. Eh, what are you gonna do?)
